Please keep in mind that due to the size of the group and various other conditions outside our control, times are severely tentative and can be delayed +/- quite a bit as the day and trip progresses.
Thursday, January 15, 2026
5:45-7:45 pm Check-in will take place in the SOA Lobby at SOA Headquarters.
6-8 pm Shuttle Busses to Subaru of America Museum.
7-9 pm Dinner will be inside the SOA Headquarters and we need to wrap it up by ~9pm.
PLEASE NOTE YOU MUST REGISTER BY SUNDAY JAN 4 AT Midnight. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATIONS ACCEPTED.

8-8:30 am Driver’s Meeting in Hotel Lobby
8:30 am Depart for Breakfast/Driving for the day (Check with your group leader if you will be stopping for breakfast prior to getting on the road)
6 pm Return to Hotel in Allentown/Bethlehem area.
8:30 pm All Beverage and Snack Exchange with Golden Ticket Door Prize at Private Conference Room

Participants should plan to fuel up prior to arrival at Driver’s Meeting.
8:30-9am Driver’s Meeting with your Group Leader
9 am Depart for Breakfast/Driving for the day (Check with your group leader if you will be stopping for breakfast prior to getting on the road)
